January has been very exciting for SteelBones so far. We signed a sponsorship deal with the local Rocky Horror Picture Show production plays every Saturday night at a theater near our brick and mortar Store in Houston. It was really great to see our fabulous videos played on such a large screen, but the reaction of the audience was even more exciting. This month, we showed three of our one minute videos: behind the look from San Antonio, the store opening event video, and the new steelbones 360 video. It’s a great fit and we look forward to many exciting opportunities stemming from this collaboration.
Speaking of fabulous, have you seen our new videos? We have added all of the new vids to our media page. We have such a great working relationship with the fantastic team of videographers at PelicanProductionsHD (Like them on Facebook, and while you’re at it, Like themsteelbones on facebook. That would be us) They do such great work! I cannot recommend them enough if you’re looking to get high quality and professional videos. We have more videos to come from our latest photoshoot, and just about the time we have them all out of post production, we’ll be ready for a new shoot. Such a vicious cycle. I love my job
SteelBones and our sister company, www.smhertz.com made a splash again this year at SouthWest Leather Conference in Phoenix, AZ this past weekend. Since it was our 5th year in attendance at SWLC, we brought along only our newest and hottest styles. There was also a feeding frenzy over our fabulous clearance sale. Corseted Straight jackets, Tuxedo Corsets, and The corseted Jackets with no tails were all on sale and all of the ones on hand were sold. Later on today I’ll be repricing the steelbones.com catalog to reflect these sale prices.
The reason we’re clearing out so many of our hot Corseted Jackets is to make room for the new spring arrivals. We have 1000 new corsets in tons of new styles enroute to us and we really need the space. Speaking of space, we have already expanded our showroom! Our precious baby brick and mortar store has already grown so much that we need more space. We have added 50% more space to the showroom floor. We welcome the changes. We welcome the growth. We are looking forward to such a fabulous year!
